We distribute payments every Friday on a weekly basis. As long as you submit your accurately and punctually filled timesheet, your funds will be deposited into your account. If you miss the timesheet deadline indicated, your payment will be included in the following week’s payroll.

Our coverage extends to various settings, including nursing homes, residential homes, commercial sites, private hospitals, and NHS hospitals.

Absolutely. To join the agency, a minimum of six months of paid experience is required.

Our shift patterns vary depending on the client’s requirements, but some common shifts include:

  • Early shift: 07:00 – 13:00 or 08:00 – 14:00
  • Late shift: 13:00 – 19:00 or 14:00 – 20:00
  • Long day shift: 07:00 – 19:00 or 08:00 – 20:00
  • Night shift: 19:00 – 07:00 or 20:00 – 08:00

Upon being assigned to a shift, you will receive a booking confirmation containing all the necessary information. Your employee number and grade will be provided on your ID Badge, which will be sent to you once you are compliant and ready to work. No, driving is not mandatory. While we have clients throughout the UK, many locations can be accessed without a car. However, there may be certain challenging locations where driving is preferred.

To begin, you will undergo an interview/screening process. If the recruiter deems you an ideal candidate, they will send you an application form and a list of the required supporting documents for compliance purposes. Once you have collected all the documents, you will be invited to our office for verification and scanning. We will provide you with your uniform, timesheets, and login details for our app, where you can apply for available shifts.

The timing is entirely up to you! If you can gather all the necessary documents and return them to us by tomorrow, we can initiate the onboarding process as soon as we receive your references. We are excited to welcome you on board!
